From a product perspective, the current scene notes feature solves a different problem. It’s useful for static reminders, but it doesn’t support real-time coordination between people who are actually running the stream.

In multi-person productions, hosts and producers need a shared backstage space where they can drop cues, reorder talking points, flag timing issues, or align on transitions without touching the live scenes themselves.

The problem this solves is simple but huge: every second a producer spends switching tabs to coordinate on Slack, Notion or WhatsApp is a second where something can go wrong on air. A collaborative backstage panel keeps all communication inside the studio and reduces both cognitive load and production errors.

This is basically a “live rundown board” integrated into the stream workflow, not a static note per scene.
