I would like to share a suggestion for improvement that could significantly expand the possibilities of the Restream.io dashboard for live streams.

Currently, some platforms in the market

The proposal would be to add to the panel the possibility of:

Enter third-party Web Overlay URLs;

Upload these overlays within the live stream;

Allow the use of external elements such as sports scoreboards, dynamic lower thirds, tickers, web dashboards, and custom integrations.

This type of feature has clear benefits:

Greater creative and technical freedom for producers and broadcasters;

Integration with existing systems, without the need for specific internal development;

Reduction of demands for specific customizations;

Encouragement for users to create their own solutions.

From a technical point of view, the operation could follow a safe and controlled model, and may use a type similar to platforms such as Uno:

Field for entering the URL;

Basic position, scale, and layer control;

Isolated environment (sandbox) to preserve system security and stability.

I believe this functionality would add to Restream.io, especially in professional broadcasts, sports, and live events that require advanced customization.

Surprised that in 2025, we still can't get our sub/follower alerts or other alerts live in full stream via Restream.io, this is a major interaction that Restream should have. Thanks
