The ability to change YouTube latency settings

As title suggests, an option to change the YouTube latency settings that they have in the YouTube studio, just from within Restream.

This is important to me because youtube locks you out of the latency settings as soon as the stream starts, So in order to use Restream in the long term I need to be able to set the Latency setting in Restream before the stream starts. Otherwise I end up with a 30 second to a minute delay in chat.
