Share download link with anyone

a way to copy a download link so i can send it to someone for them to download directly.
my current workflow is:
Download recording from restream -> Upload recording to cloud -> send download link to those who need it
Its already stored up there, would be fantastic if this could be implemented.

This method of sharing recordings with class participants its very time consuming and inefficient - really needs to be more streamlined for ease of use of the customer.
