Great feature i believe Streamyard has this currently.

I would even prefer if this could be triggered any time in a production. Intro and outro. We often do a live preshow, then play an intro and start the show. We use a video scene for this but that doesn’t fire reliably in terms of timing. Sometimes the video fires seconds too late.
